fun times

This is going to be fun.  It is the Williams - Sonoma baking cook book.  There are some really yummy looking pie recipes and an entire chapter devoted to chocolate.  Now for the bad news, I won't have an oven until Friday when Sears comes to fix it.  Why?  Because I haven't begun to spend money on home repairs, that's why.  The bottom heating element in my oven looks like it grew a tumor and when I tried to make lasagna yesterday threw white-hot sparks out of itself at an alarming rate.  I turned the oven off because I am fairly certain that it is not normal for the oven to burst into flame when I use it.
